Provider and information collected
Life App Lab (생활앱연구소), represented by 이종철, 서울특별시 송파구 백제고분로12길 11-21, Republic of Korea. We process your sign-in email, profile, customer information, confirmed conversation records, appointments, personal notes, orders, credit usage and necessary security and service logs.
Purposes and responsible use
Information supports authentication, saving and retrieving your records, preparing follow-ups, AI processing you request, billing and notifications you enable. Only enter customer information you are entitled to process. Record the customer’s country, preferred channel and contact basis. These fields do not establish legal permission. Avoid medical records, identity documents, payment credentials and unnecessary confidential documents.
AI, service providers and international processing
Cloudflare supports hosting, storage and security. OpenAI receives the necessary inputs when you request an AI operation; selected industry, country and currency may be included. AI requests specify store:false; this is not a promise of zero retention by every provider. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes device registration and delivery data for optional push notifications. Processing may occur outside your country, including the United States. Country-specific hosting or residency is not promised. Business users should request processing and transfer documentation before relying on the service for regulated data.
Cookies, sessions and advertising
Necessary security cookies support sign-in. Keep-me-signed-in sessions require verification after 30 days of inactivity; ordinary sessions last at most 12 hours and administrator sessions at most 8 hours. Sign out on shared devices. Free users may see Google AdSense advertising. Customer lists, conversation notes, AI inputs and signed-in email are not supplied to advertising code. Advertising scripts are not loaded during an active paid access period.
Notifications, retention and rights
Push notifications are optional and can be disabled separately from in-app notifications. Device identifiers and delivery state are processed. Saved personal appointment titles may appear on a device lock screen. Records are retained until deletion or the purpose is fulfilled, subject to legal retention of payment and dispute records. Export and account deletion require recent email verification. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable rights by contacting the provider. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; contact us for the relevant procedure and retention details.
