Prices and payment availability
Existing Korean prices are in KRW. An existing 30-day pass is KRW 9,900 with 300 credits; additional 100 credits are KRW 3,900 and 300 credits are KRW 8,900. Additional credits have a 180-day validity under the existing purchase terms. New accounts receive 50 free credits valid for 30 days. Check the actual order screen for the terms applicable to your purchase. English display does not introduce a USD subscription. International card sales are not presented as ready until merchant approval and live verification are complete.
Refund requests and calculation
Request review through your existing order history or contact contact@lifeapplab.com with your order reference. Never send full card or bank credentials. Under the existing policy, the standard 30-day pass calculation uses paid amount multiplied by the smaller of remaining days/30 and remaining paid credits/granted paid credits. Additional-credit refunds use paid amount multiplied by remaining purchased credits/granted purchased credits. Free, referral, consumed or expired credits do not create a cash refund. The order ledger and rounding are checked.
Processing and mandatory rights
Approved bank-transfer refunds are normally processed within three business days after identity and payment confirmation. If a Paddle order is offered and completed, refunds return through its original payment method and timing depends on the provider. Cancellation of future renewals is separate from a refund for a period already paid. Any more favorable mandatory consumer rights remain applicable; the requirements for already-started digital services must be checked for the actual transaction.
